冰蓄冷低溫冷水機變水溫制冷系統的節能應用

一、冰蓄冷技術原理

冰蓄冷低溫冷水機技術就是在夜間低電價時段(同時也是空調負荷很低的時間)采用電制冷機組制冷,將水在專門的蓄冰槽內凍結成冰以蓄存冷量;在白天的高電價時段(同時也是空調負荷高峰時間)停開制冷機組,直接將蓄冰槽內的冷能釋放出來,滿足空調用冷的需要。據美國有關資料,采用蓄冰制冷在加州節約電費高達50%,而且不增加耗電量。因為制冰、融冰轉換損失的能量很小,而夜間制冷因氣溫較低可使效率更高,完全可以彌補蓄冰的冷能損失。

二、采用冰蓄冷低溫冷水機制冷系統的優缺點


主要優點:

(1)利用(yong)低(di)谷(gu)段電(dian)力(li),具有(you)平衡峰谷(gu)用(yong)電(dian)負(fu)荷,緩解電(dian)力(li)供應緊(jin)張(zhang);

(2)冰水主(zhu)機(ji)的(de)容(rong)量減(jian)少,節省增(zeng)容(rong)費用;

(3)總用電(dian)設(she)施容(rong)量減少(shao),可減少(shao)基(ji)本電(dian)費支出;

(4)利用低谷段電價的(de)優惠可減少運(yun)行電費;

(5)冰水溫可低至(zhi)1~4℃,減少(shao)空(kong)調設備風管的費用;

(6)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水泵、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水泵、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)塔容量(liang)減少;

(7)電力(li)高(gao)壓側及(ji)低壓側設備(bei)容(rong)量減少;

(8)室內相對濕度(du)低,冷(leng)卻速度(du)快(kuai),舒適性好;

(9)低溫冷水機組經常在設計工作點上平衡運行,效率高,機器損耗小;

(10)充分(fen)利用(yong)24h有效時間,減(jian)少了(le)能量(liang)的間歇耗損;

(11)充分(fen)利(li)用夜間氣溫變(bian)化(hua),提高機組產冷量;

(12)投資費用與常規空(kong)調(diao)相(xiang)當,經(jing)濟效益佳。

冰蓄(xu)冷低溫(wen)冷水(shui)機系統(tong)技術在我國的(de)應用將成為不可逆轉的(de)趨勢。當然它也有一些(xie)缺點,如增加(jia)蓄(xu)冷池、水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)輸送能耗及(ji)增加(jia)蓄(xu)冷池等設備的(de)冷量損失等。

三、含有冰蓄冷低溫冷水機的變水溫空調系統分析


當(dang)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系統在部(bu)分負荷率(lv)比(bi)較(jiao)小的情況下(xia)運(yun)行時(shi),采用(yong)變水溫(wen)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)可以得到較(jiao)高的冷凍(dong)水溫(wen)度,表(biao)冷器(qi)和(he)風機盤(pan)管的除(chu)濕(shi)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)將下(xia)降(jiang),從而導致室內(nei)相對(dui)濕(shi)度偏高而難以滿足(zu)舒(shu)(shu)適性(xing)(xing)要求(qiu)。但采用(yong)冰蓄冷設備,冷凍(dong)水溫(wen)度從常規空(kong)調(diao)(diao)的7~12℃下(xia)降(jiang)為1~4℃,表(biao)冷器(qi)盤(pan)管的傳熱性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)隨送風溫(wen)差的變化而變化,去濕(shi)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)也相應增(zeng)加。故(gu)筆者提出含有(you)冰蓄冷設備的變水溫(wen)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系統的方(fang)案(an),可以獲得較(jiao)好的空(kong)調(diao)(diao)制(zhi)冷效(xiao)果和(he)舒(shu)(shu)適性(xing)(xing)。

含有冰蓄冷設(she)備的變(bian)水溫空調(diao)系(xi)(xi)統就是(shi)讓變(bian)水溫空調(diao)系(xi)(xi)統和冰蓄冷設(she)備相結合并聯運行,在(zai)末端裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置中(zhong)加(jia)個混合裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置和送風裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置把兩個系(xi)(xi)統空氣(qi)處理并混合,再(zai)將處理好(hao)的空氣(qi)送到(dao)空調(diao)房間。

氣(qi)(qi)象參數是無法控制的(de),它的(de)變化直接影響(xiang)著空(kong)調負(fu)荷的(de)大小(xiao);而工作參數是可以(yi)改變的(de),可以(yi)通過自動控制設備進行(xing)調節,使(shi)系(xi)統在較(jiao)高效率下(xia)運(yun)行(xing)。為適(shi)應空(kong)調冷(leng)負(fu)荷隨全年不同季(ji)節以(yi)及不同氣(qi)(qi)象條件的(de)變化,我們可以(yi)在系(xi)統設計的(de)運(yun)行(xing)過程中采取(qu)相應的(de)措施以(yi)達到節能的(de)目的(de)。因此,當(dang)空(kong)調負(fu)荷低于(yu)設計負(fu)荷時(shi),由于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)處理設備有富裕量(liang),可適(shi)當(dang)提(ti)高冷(leng)水溫度(du),使(shi)空(kong)調系(xi)統既(ji)能保證(zheng)舒適(shi)度(du)要求,又(you)能減(jian)少(shao)運(yun)行(xing)電費。

當(dang)部分(fen)負荷(he)時(shi),變水溫(wen)(wen)系統采(cai)用變水溫(wen)(wen)調節(jie),冰蓄冷低(di)溫(wen)(wen)冷水機變水量(liang)調節(jie)來運行。

在設(she)計(ji)工(gong)況時,由于冰(bing)蓄冷(leng)設(she)備的較強去濕(shi)能力,在空氣熱(re)濕(shi)交換(huan)過(guo)程中處(chu)(chu)理(li)部分熱(re)負荷(he)Q2和(he)全部濕(shi)負荷(he)Ws;而變(bian)水溫系(xi)統則處(chu)(chu)理(li)部分熱(re)負荷(he)Q1,不處(chu)(chu)理(li)濕(shi)負荷(he)。

設計(ji)工況下,已知總余熱Q和(he)總余濕WS、室內狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)參數N(tn、фn),送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)相(xiang)(xiang)對濕度(du)為95%(即(ji)為設備露點狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)),確定混合送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)O(t2、i2、d2)和(he)總送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)量G。由于(yu)低溫送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)和(he)冰蓄冷技術相(xiang)(xiang)結合,能(neng)夠獲得較好(hao)的空(kong)調效果,經(jing)濟(ji)效益很(hen)好(hao),所以(yi)采用第二類低濕送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng),即(ji)送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)溫度(du)為6~8℃,標稱溫度(du)為7℃。

通過(guo)(guo)分別對變水(shui)溫空調系(xi)統和冰(bing)蓄冷(leng)設(she)備的表(biao)(biao)冷(leng)器進行設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)和計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan),確定(ding)表(biao)(biao)冷(leng)器的型號、臺數(shu)(shu)(shu)和排數(shu)(shu)(shu)。所(suo)述表(biao)(biao)冷(leng)器計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)方(fang)法分別是(shi)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)部分負(fu)荷時,變水(shui)溫系(xi)統和冰(bing)蓄冷(leng)設(she)備的熱(re)濕(shi)處(chu)理過(guo)(guo)程的各個參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu),并計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)出混合送風(feng)狀(zhuang)態和室(shi)內的溫濕(shi)度參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu),驗證是(shi)否(fou)滿足(zu)舒(shu)適性要(yao)求(qiu)。通過(guo)(guo)實例計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan),對于空調房間總(zong)余熱(re)Q=560000W和總(zong)余濕(shi)WS=28g/s及室(shi)內設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu)為:tn=25℃,фn=55%,各計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu)和選擇的表(biao)(biao)冷(leng)器型號、臺數(shu)(shu)(shu)、排數(shu)(shu)(shu)如表(biao)(biao)1所(suo)示。

     當空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)在部(bu)分負荷下運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),變(bian)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)冰(bing)蓄(xu)(xu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)熱濕(shi)處理過程的(de)(de)(de)各個(ge)參(can)數(shu)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)結(jie)果(guo)如表(biao)2。計(ji)算(suan)(suan)結(jie)果(guo)表(biao)明,含有(you)冰(bing)蓄(xu)(xu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)滿足室(shi)內舒適性(xing)(xing)要(yao)求。當室(shi)內負荷變(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)時(shi),該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)(diao)節使室(shi)內參(can)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)很(hen)小,室(shi)內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)在24~25℃,相對濕(shi)度(du)在54%~55%范(fan)圍內變(bian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。而(er)且該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)除濕(shi)能力比(bi)單(dan)(dan)一的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)水(shui)(shui)濕(shi)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)增(zeng)(zeng)強(qiang)了(le),可(ke)以調(diao)(diao)節的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)范(fan)圍也大(da)了(le)。變(bian)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)在設(she)(she)計(ji)工況下,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)為11.7℃,和(he)單(dan)(dan)一變(bian)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)計(ji)工況下的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)7℃相比(bi)較,也提高了(le)很(hen)多(duo),這樣雙系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)就(jiu)具有(you)很(hen)好的(de)(de)(de)節能效果(guo)。但是整個(ge)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)了(le)冰(bing)蓄(xu)(xu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)初投資費(fei)用,增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)了(le)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)復(fu)雜性(xing)(xing)。從冰(bing)蓄(xu)(xu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)特點(dian)來(lai)看,雖然它的(de)(de)(de)投資費(fei)用大(da)些(xie),但是利用低(di)谷段電(dian)價的(de)(de)(de)優惠可(ke)減少(shao)運(yun)行(xing)電(dian)費(fei),而(er)且可(ke)以起到優化(hua)(hua)(hua)電(dian)網供電(dian)的(de)(de)(de)作用。由此可(ke)以看出,含有(you)冰(bing)蓄(xu)(xu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)可(ke)以帶(dai)來(lai)可(ke)觀經濟效益和(he)社會效益。

四、變水溫低溫冷水機空調系統存在問題及應對措施

    通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)國內常用表冷(leng)器(qi)去(qu)濕量的(de)(de)計(ji)算分析(xi)結果(guo)表明,當(dang)(dang)冷(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)濕度(du)從(cong)(cong)7℃提高(gao)到(dao)13℃時,其去(qu)濕能力(li)大(da)約下降(jiang)了30%。當(dang)(dang)冷(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)提高(gao)到(dao)一(yi)定(ding)程度(du),可能會(hui)出現干工況。雖然我們可以通(tong)過(guo)采用適(shi)當(dang)(dang)降(jiang)低(di)室(shi)(shi)內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)的(de)(de)措(cuo)施,對(dui)于相對(dui)濕度(du)要求(qiu)不(bu)高(gao)的(de)(de)舒適(shi)性(xing)空調可滿足(zu)要求(qiu),但是這樣(yang)也(ye)就使調節(jie)范(fan)圍(wei)受到(dao)限制。當(dang)(dang)負荷(he)率比較小時,用變水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)調節(jie)會(hui)導致室(shi)(shi)內相對(dui)濕度(du)偏高(gao),而(er)難以滿足(zu)舒適(shi)性(xing)要求(qiu)。從(cong)(cong)上面(mian)計(ji)算分析(xi),當(dang)(dang)負荷(he)率低(di)于50%時,室(shi)(shi)內濕度(du)就可能大(da)于70%,不(bu)在舒適(shi)標準范(fan)圍(wei)。如(ru)果(guo)對(dui)室(shi)(shi)內相對(dui)濕度(du)要求(qiu)較高(gao),或者負荷(he)率低(di)于50%時,建議(yi)采用含有(you)冰蓄冷(leng)設(she)備的(de)(de)變水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)空調系(xi)統(tong)。因為冰蓄冷(leng)系(xi)統(tong)具(ju)有(you)較低(di)的(de)(de)冷(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),具(ju)有(you)較強的(de)(de)除濕能力(li),從(cong)(cong)而(er)彌補變水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)系(xi)統(tong)調節(jie)的(de)(de)不(bu)足(zu),而(er)且(qie)可以使調節(jie)范(fan)圍(wei)擴大(da)。
